1. Who we are

D-Tech Solution Integrators Private Limited, 8, Shalimar Complex, Behind Shalimar Hotel, Station Road, Bharuch - 392001, Gujarat, India ("D-TECH", "we") is the controller of personal data collected through this website, our enquiry cart, contact forms, phone, email, and WhatsApp business interactions.

2. What we collect

Contact and business details you share voluntarily: name, phone number, email address, company name, and the contents of your enquiry or requirements.

Order-related records: quoted items, purchase orders, GST billing details, dispatch addresses, and support correspondence.

We do not operate user accounts with passwords on this website, and we never ask for card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. Payments are accepted only through bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) against a formal GST invoice.

3. Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and bills of materials, fulfil accepted orders, arrange OEM warranty registration, schedule installation and support visits, and meet tax and legal record-keeping duties.

We process this data on the basis of your consent and as necessary to take pre-contractual steps and perform our contract with you, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed to serve you: OEM partners for warranty fulfilment, transporters for dispatch, and professional advisers bound by confidentiality. We never sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and order records only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, including applicable tax-record periods, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, nominate another person to exercise these rights, and withdraw consent prospectively by writing to sales@dtechindia.com. We respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security and children

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the data we hold. This is a business website; we do not knowingly collect data of children below 18 years.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
