Terms of Service
The terms governing this website, enquiries, quotations, orders, and services supplied by D-TECH.
1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of this website and to all enquiries, quotations, orders, and services dealt with by D-TECH, unless a signed agreement or an accepted quotation states otherwise in writing.
2. Enquiries and quotations
Adding items to the inquiry cart or submitting a form creates an enquiry only — not an order. Quotations are valid for 15 days from issue unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of GST unless the quotation says otherwise.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is formed only when your purchase order is accepted by us in writing (email confirmation counts). We may decline any order, including for pricing errors or stock unavailability.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are in INR. GST applies at prevailing rates. Standard supply orders are executed against advance payment; project work is billed against milestones stated in the quotation. Payment modes: NEFT / RTGS / IMPS. Title in goods passes on full payment.
5. Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines in quotations are good-faith estimates. Site readiness — safe access, power, network paths, and civil readiness — is the customer’s responsibility and a precondition for installation milestones.
6. Warranty
Hardware carries the respective OEM’s warranty, which we pass through to you and assist you in claiming. Our workmanship on installation is warranted against defects for 12 months from commissioning.
7. Services and SLA
Emergency response commitments (including any 4-hour SLA) mean a qualified engineer responds and begins diagnosis within that window; they are response commitments, not guaranteed resolution times, and apply where an AMC or support contract so provides.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use our marks without permission.
9. Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the fees paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bharuch, Gujarat.
